&lt;p&gt;Ho preso spunto da una ricetta della rivista &quot;Sale&amp;amp;Pepe&quot;.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Ingredienti (x 2 pers.):&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;4 uova&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;1 patata lessata&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;60 gr di pancetta affumicata tagliata a dadini&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;60 gr di prosciutto cotto tagliato a dadini&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;5 cucchiai di latte&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;sale&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;1 sottiletta&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;Lessare una patata.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;In una padellina fare rosolare la pancetta e il prosciutto cotto.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Rompere le uova in un recipiente e unire il latte.
